At the end of the day, De’Montray’s job is about driving both internal and external results. He started with iFrog as Employee No. 4 in 2015 three years after earning his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from West Virginia University. He hit the ground running due to his background in automotive with Preston Automotive Group and Jim Koons Automotive Group. Born in a Dealership®, indeed! For De’Montray, marketing is not just about promoting products or services; it's about understanding the needs, desires, and pain points of customers and crafting strategies that genuinely resonate with them.
